A creation born from kimono silk

This exquisite piece was crafted using fabric from traditional Japanese kimono rolls.
The radiant, shimmering embellishments are precious embroideries of the kind reserved for haute couture.

The European fabrics we typically work with have a width of 150 centimetres.
In contrast, this silk presented a strict limitation of just 35 centimetres—
a delicate challenge to drape and sculpt such beautiful, flowing lines.

A new endeavour: the off-the-shoulder silhouette

Designed to complement our client's elegant proportions,
this off-the-shoulder evening gown represented
a sophisticated new silhouette for Couture de PEARL.

With the client kindly attending both toile and final fittings, we made precise, incremental adjustments.
The resulting gown is a vision of refined elegance,
the culmination of collective expertise and artistry.
